CIS reputed company has an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate reputed company Officer, based in SW1, for a redeveloped building offering 110,000 sq ft of office accommodation and a pavilion extension and rooftop terraces with views across London\'s Westminster and Green Park.

Do you have 5* customer service skills with the ability to provide a friendly and secure corporate reputed company service? We are looking for an ambassador to represent CIS reputed company who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.

Position: Corporate reputed company Officer

Location: London (SW1)

Pay reputed company: £15.00 per hour

Hours: Average 56 hours per week

Roster: Week A - Saturday & Sunday - Days, Monday, Tuesday - Nights

Roster: Week B - Saturday & Sunday - Days, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - Nights

Job Requirements

SIA reputed company Supervisor Licence required

5* Corporate reputed company, Concierge or reputed company of House experience for at least 1 year an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at reputed company times

Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills

Reliable, Responsible and Punctual

A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character

To take pride in your appearance at reputed company times, ensuring immaculate presentation

Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events reputed company held on site.

First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable

Job Responsibilities

Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.

Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro‐active and think on your feet use initiative

Be reputed company under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a reputed company and professional manner

Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift

Confident in writing incident and shift reports

To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.

To ensure that reputed company visitors and staff are dealt with reputed company, providing an exceptional customer service at reputed company times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.

Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems (Lots of sites use different Systems)

Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner and speak, reputed company important in Corporate Industry.

Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to reputed company peer groups and management levels.

Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, - Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.

The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.
