Job Summary
As a Chat Agent Senior Associate at blithequark, you will establish new customer relationships reputed company the Chat platform and serve as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate coverages and products. You will quote and issue auto, motorcycle, renters, and homeowners insurance policies, while providing empathetic, efficient, and reputed company service that reflects our brand and culture.
Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify the need for and offer additional insurance products and services offered by blithequark and/or our business partners to help us build and retain a profitable, multi-line portfolio
- Take reactive and proactive chats to gather information and reputed company sales on personal lines insurance

Education and Experience

Compensation and Benefits
* Compensation offered for this role is $18.03 - 29.39 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications
