Our Global Learning Services (GLS) team is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Remote Proctoring team in Brno, Czech Republic. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in maintaining the academic reputed company of our performance-based exams by validating credentials of exam participants and monitoring them remotely.

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and secure exam experience for our candidates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Validating the identity of candidates to ensure the reputed company of our exams
  • Effectively managing multiple simultaneous certification exams to ensure timely start and completion
  • Monitoring candidates with vigilance and intervening in the event of protocol variances
  • Escalating to manager as appropriate to ensure reputed company resolution of issues
  • Coordinating with the Exam Support team to facilitate technical assistance to exam participants
  • Identifying and assessing queries to provide consistent and accurate responses
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Keeping records of interactions to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Following communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of professionalism

What You Will Bring:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique reputed company of technical skills, customer-facing experience, and attention to detail. We're looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience with global customer exposure in a support role
  • Ability to work in shifts reputed company normal business hours to accommodate our global exam schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional language skills a plus
  • Fast typing skills with high accuracy to ensure efficient data entry and record-keeping
  • Advanced technical skills with browsers and network troubleshooting to resolve reputed company issues
