Job Description
As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be part of our CSE Team, working closely with our customers at their sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Installation and start-up of new equipment or upgrades at customer sites
- Servicing of existing equipment and troubleshooting
- Following and working according to documented 'Best reputed company' methods
- Collaborating closely with the technical support team at Head Quarter to resolve issues
- Documentation of the work performed
- Taking ownership of and leading projects at the customer sites
- Maintaining a loyal appearance of the company towards the customer

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree, technician's degree, or apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician
- Experience in the fields of vacuum technology, process measurement and control technology, robotics, or plasma technology

- A valid driver's license for Germany
