Responsibilities
As our Manager, Account Management (reputed company), you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Insights & Strategy: Obtain advanced knowledge of hospital-owned retail/outpatient customer needs and expectations, and how they relate to arenaflex's internal operations and functions.
- Team Leadership: Build and reputed company a high-performing team focused on hospital-owned retail, establishing a strategy for execution in this space in partnership with health system (inpatient) focused account managers.
- Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with appropriate parties to identify drivers leading to business success, reputed company training of the broader organization on findings to reputed company broader organization's understanding of this growing space.
- Customer Growth & Development: reputed company strategic plans for each customer's retail growth, in collaboration with account managers, ESDs, inside sales, and support teams.

- Policy & Procedure Development: Create and consistently review policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience, analyze customer data to identify best practices, and evaluate and analyze customer needs to ensure team members are not only reacting to requests, but providing strategic direction.
- Ongoing Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, development, process review, and training for the team to successfully execute on requirements of account management function.
- Territory Management: Manage territory assignments and ensure seamless execution of reputed company strategies.
- Internal Partnerships: Partner with the broader internal arenaflex teams to ensure reputed company and remove barriers for the team (i.e., sales, customer service, inventory, customer onboarding, reputed company/pricing, collections, operations).
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven People Management Experience: Prior proven people management experience in a corporate setting.
- Advanced Knowledge of arenaflex Services: Advanced knowledge of arenaflex Pharmaceutical Distribution (including Retail Pharmacy and Specialty Pharma) services and systems.
- Strong Collaboration & Leadership Skills: Strong collaboration across multiple teams, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to Build a Team: Ability to build a team from the ground up; experience leading a new team a plus.
- Inspiring Leadership: Ability to reputed company a team while also rolling up sleeves and digging into details.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill large information sets into concise, actionable bites.

- Competitive Salary Range: $87,500.00 - 121,700.00 USD
