The Role

As a Logistics & Customer Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the key reputed company of contact for our clients, managing day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating container returns, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. You'll work closely with transport partners, depots, and internal teams, taking ownership across order management, inventory, data accuracy, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Inventory Coordination:

+ Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies with customers and depots. + Coordinate national and international freight, optimizing transport without pallet swaps. + Communicate and negotiate with carriers, clients, suppliers, and partners to maintain strong relationships.

Customer & Order Management:

+ Serve as the main contact for contract customers reputed company phone and email (no sales calls). + Manage the full order process, from intake to container returns, ensuring smooth operations. + Handle claims and resolve customer issues reputed company. + Maintain accurate master data and manage invoicing and credit processes.

Internal Collaboration & Improvement:

+ Collaborate with production, logistics, sales, and quality teams. + Support reputed company improvement by driving quality through customer and vendor interactions.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or a customer-facing role reputed company the logistics industry.

Education:
