Job Overview

We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join reputed company, with night shifts available. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments. You will also collaborate with other reputed company to reputed company and implement individualized care plans, educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques, and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
• Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies

• Educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the reputed company or Compact License

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required
