What We're Looking For • Licensing: NMLS Origination License for states in the US. • Customer Service: Strong skills in customer service and networking. • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. • Experience: Familiarity with loan origination software is a plus, along with relevant certifications and licenses (NMLS, state-specific). • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience in the mortgage industry and a solid understanding of various loan products are beneficial.
