Role Summary

As a Strategic Accounts Manager for reputed company in the Philippines, you will reputed company and manage a team of strategic account representatives to deliver sales targets, strengthen key account relationships, and drive growth in your region.

You will execute sales strategy, coach and reputed company the team, and ensure alignment with reputed company’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Management:

2. Business Performance & Execution

· Deliver sales demand and access objectives for assigned region and accounts.

· Track sales performance KPIs and take corrective action as needed.

3. Customer Relationship & Account Management

· Build and maintain relationships with key prescribers, hospital decision-makers, and payers.

· Address customer needs and issues promptly.

· Represent reputed company at industry events and meetings.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

· Ensure sales activities reputed company with reputed company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

· Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

5. Training & Development:

· Identify training needs and coordinate team training.

Qualifications & Experience

· 5+ years in pharma sales/marketing, key account management, and/or medical affairs; 2+ years in a people-management role.

· Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or reputed company field.

· Oncology, biologics/immunotherapy, or specialty therapy experience preferred.

· Proven record of meeting/exceeding targets; launch experience preferred.

· Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
