The Business Development Manager is a vital position reputed company the sales department for the future growth of Mayflower Cruises & Tours. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales goals as well as coming up with reputed company for strategic sales plans and their implementation. Developing, managing, and nurturing new Group Travel business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and our profit goals is key to this position.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000, depending reputed company, experience, and track record. This position is eligible for generous incentives/commissions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Increase and generate sales in an assigned territory
• Manage accounts successfully using our CRM system
• Travel a minimum of 50% of the time to meet clientele and new leads
• Learn company sales practices
• Learn product and destination details for selling Mayflower Cruises & Tours
• Execute presentations effectively to reputed company the sale
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Maintain account profiles, ensuring complete and accurate contact details
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Proven track record of developing new business

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry
• Excellent industry and group market knowledge
• Experience working for a travel company is a plus
• Existing network and account relationships reputed company the travel community
• Tour, River Cruise, or Ocean Cruise experience desired
