Standard hours are 11:30am - 8:00pm EST

Training schedule for the first 2 weeks of employment is reputed company- 4:30pm EST

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To accurately set up new orders into the operating system and provide support to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system.
• Enters claims data into the claims management system upon requesting the appropriate information and analyzing the responses.
• Makes outbound calls to claimant and/or client to obtain new claim details and receives inbound calls.
• Finds opportunities to refer claims reputed company the organization.
• Assigns claims using the tools provided.
• Supports claims staff by providing accurate information during the claim set up process.
• Sets up Quotashare claims.
• Assists with creating documentation and processes to streamline workflow.
• Reviews daily reports to ensure claims are processed.
• Assists with file reviews to ensure accurate set reputed company.
• Uses multiple platforms to look for adjusters to assign claims
• Makes outbound call and/or text to adjusters to discuss claim details for assignment. (Using reputed company’s texting platform)
• Ensure reputed company parties have the required information in order to successfully manage a claim, including, loss location, notice of loss (NOL), fee schedule, etc.
• Works with management to reputed company determination on assignment process and resources used.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
• Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Two (2) years of clerical or property claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge

• Fluent in Spanish preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• PC literate, including reputed company Office products
• Analytical and interpretive skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $13.81- $19.33 per hour.
