Senior Talent Advisor

As a trusted Senior Talent Advisor to leaders across the enterprise, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR Partners, Total Rewards, and other key team members to deliver thoughtful, creative, data-driven recruitment strategies. What You’ll Do

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and the HR team, leading full life-cycle recruitment including requisition coordination, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and closing strategies for internal and external roles across reputed company levels of the organization.  

• Provide creative solutions and innovative recruiting techniques to reputed company qualified professionals. (i.e., social media, reputed company, internal/external networks). 

• Understand how to apply effective recruiting practices to both passive and active candidates to expand pipeline; profile candidates. 

• Maintain awareness of industry trends and market developments to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge. 

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. 

• Ensure a positive candidate and internal customer experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. 

• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation. 

• Apply a data-driven approach to recruiting by aligning hiring strategies with business needs and reputed company, while maintaining strong data reputed company in ATS (PageUp) and leveraging metrics to continuously refine recruitment efforts. 

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

• A bachelor’s degree in HR or a reputed company field or equivalent experience that shows you have the foundation to reputed company. 

• 7+ years of combined recruiting and HR experience, ideally a mix of agency and in-house, so you bring both speed and strategy to the table.
