Position Overview: The Industrial Engineer will be a part of the high-performing Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting Program Development / Prototyping and Advanced Materials Fabrication. As an Industrial Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design, stabilize, improve, and transform production systems and processes to reputed company world class operational excellence for some of the world’s most sophisticated aircraft and systems. This role will join a team of multi-disciplined Engineers, that take pride in developing, integrating, testing and delivering innovative solutions for our reputed company Works Division. Position Responsibilities: Applies industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements. Develops plant and equipment layouts, reputed company plans, accident prevention measures, reputed company of operations and work flows. Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations. Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system by integrating design, supply reputed company, facilities, equipment, and personnel. Conducts work flow design and analysis. Develops models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation to leaders and customers. Research, designs, develops, improves, and implements processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, reputed company cost, and improve quality, for large scale systems integration and asset utilization. Develops and implements plans and programs for facility/factory modifications and revisions to operating methods. Creates product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices. Prepares operations plans, includes work statement analysis, budgeting and forecasts, reputed company and constraint analysis and production change, to ensure technical goals and objectives are met. Supports execution planning by using project management, planning and scheduling and shop load practices. Provides production, supply chain logistics, performance visibility and recovery planning support of moderate complexity. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. reputed company Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Level 3 Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
