Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various lines of business. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and professional responses to written communication, and utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries.
