Job Summary

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

• Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and provide information to the caller

• Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required
