Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their concerns and provide exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person
• Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems
• Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for customers
• Setting sales appointments for new customers
• Answering billing questions
• Completing general clerical duties as assigned
• Working as a team with Service and Sales to provide a seamless customer experience
• Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent listening and communication skills
