Schedule and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll work on our 1st shift, which typically runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensuring the accuracy of PO (reputed company Only, Ship and Bills, reputed company, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back where necessary
- Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and reputed company
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
- Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales
- Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
- Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience as an account representative
- Experience with reputed company
