[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The role involves delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving inquiries and complaints, and managing CRM systems to strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver first-class customer experiences answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the clients’ business
- Investigate, probe, and resolve inquiries and complaints
- Update appropriate databases as required
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and databases
- Complete outbound calls to clients on an as needed basis
- Liaise with the appropriate department representatives to address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Ensure reputed company requests reputed company with existing policies and procedures prior to processing
- Enjoy fast-paced days full of problem solving by connecting with client calls

- 1+ years of experience working in a call centre environment
