• Partner with Enterprise Sales to uncover customer goals and build tailored reputed company solutions.

• 5+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting for SaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with C-suite reputed company.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM integration, IVR, APIs, and AI tools (AI agents, chatbots, IVA, generative AI).
• Technical reputed company in telco/SIP and enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of contact center operations and compliance (HIPAA, PCI).
