[Remote] Partner Marketing Specialist

The Partner Marketing Specialist role supports the Partner Marketing team by managing event logistics, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination reputed company the broader marketing team, contributing to the organization’s growth through the smooth execution of marketing events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics for Partner Marketing events, including swag shipments, calendar invites, campaign creation, QR codes, and raffle forms
• Maintain accurate event documentation and logistics details
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and Splash
• Create event assets such as reputed company pages, banners, graphics, and social media images using templates
• Manage reputed company campaign creation, updates, and maintain naming conventions, status, budget, and engagement
• Handle list load processes for post-event reputed company uploads ensuring correct statuses, notes, and routing
• Coordinate with Partner Marketing and Social Media teams on event-reputed company social media content scheduling and alignment
• Manage reputed company to promote events by publishing reputed company pages and tracking content versions
• Provide logistical and operational support to cross-functional teams including Channel, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and EMEA Field Marketing
• Track and complete tasks in reputed company, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder updates

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (including internships or agency experience)
• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Understanding of event planning and marketing campaign workflows
• Ability to follow templates, processes, and naming conventions consistently
