Your back-ground
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a reputed company field.
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company Improvement, Lean, or operational roles.
- Hands-on experience leading Kaizens and cross-functional problem solving.
- Strong familiarity with Lean tools such as value reputed company mapping and standard work.
- Solid process and data skills, including KPI analysis and SOP development.
- A self-directed approach with strong ownership, follow-through, and collaboration skills.
