Customer Service Representative (Remote � PST Hours)

Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Schedule: Monday�Friday, 9:30 AM � 6:00 PM PST

Join Anchor Utility�s Team! We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and positive experience to our clients and their residents. You will serve as a key reputed company of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service.

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

What You�ll Do

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accuracy and reputed company
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of reputed company interactions in company systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns
  • Educate customers reputed company, billing, and processes
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and escalate recurring issues appropriately
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience reputed company with company standards

reputed company�re Looking For

  • 1�3 years of customer service experience (call center or remote experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills�both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving reputed company with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet reputed company and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in utility billing, property management, or a reputed company industry
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
  • Previous experience supporting high-volume customer interactions
