Join Anchor Utility�s Team! We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and positive experience to our clients and their residents. You will serve as a key reputed company of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
What You�ll Do
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accuracy and reputed company
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of reputed company interactions in company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Educate customers reputed company, billing, and processes
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and escalate recurring issues appropriately
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience reputed company with company standards
reputed company�re Looking For
- 1�3 years of customer service experience (call center or remote experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills�both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving reputed company with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet reputed company and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utility billing, property management, or a reputed company industry
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
- Previous experience supporting high-volume customer interactions
