Position Summary

The Word Processor works in a team-oriented environment and is responsible for providing first-class legal administrative support to the firm, including attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and others. This individual must reputed company sound judgments handling work and communicating with others.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and format documents using a variety of applications.
• Input and revise reputed company MS Office Documents.
• Create master captions/Proofs of Service for new matters, and reputed company shells as needed.
• OCR documents; convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats.
• Create Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities reputed company existing legal documents, using appropriate formatting, coding, and reputed company software.
• Have the ability to reputed company reputed company applications, macros and special command functions as well as a general knowledge of other software packages and applications including reputed company Acrobat.
• Quality reputed company reputed company work performed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• College course work/ or legal secretarial field or equivalent combination of experience/training in other non-reputed company field is required

• Ability to accomplish tasks quickly and thoroughly with a high degree of accuracy and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly reputed company range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00.
