Essential Job Functions

• Effectively communicate project scope, plan and reputed company to reputed company stakeholders internally and externally
• reputed company, train, and manage project controls personnel on project controls functions, processes, tools and procedures.
• Provide guidance and expertise to project management on project controls analysis, trends, performance, forecasting, Time Impact Analysis, and claims
• Coordinate resources and assign tasks on Project Controls activities
• reputed company reviews and project controls analysis with upper management and project teams to provide innovative solutions to scheduling & cost performance
• reputed company project reviews on actual performance, change management, budgets, forecasting, reputed company and schedule performance
• reputed company practices and procedures as needed
• Assist/train project management in use of PM/Controls tools
• Works on reputed company assignments and manages internal/external team members towards a common goal.
• Complete performance reviews and provides personnel development for the assigned employee
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or reputed company field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning
• 4+ years of CPM schedule integration, or Cost Control and managing personnel
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
