JOB SUMMARY
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning solutions that support clinical, operational, and organizational performance. This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), operational leaders, and training teams to translate reputed company processes into clear, engaging, and instructionally sound learning materials. The Instructional Designer will create blended-learning experiences—including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT/vILT), simulations, job aids, and performance support tools—utilizing tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, and modern learning-development technology. This role requires strong project management, an understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Design and reputed company interactive eLearning modules using reputed company Storyline and reputed company reputed company.
- Create and update ILT/vILT content, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct needs assessments and partner with SMEs to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Apply adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and evidence-based learning methods to reputed company training deliverables.
- reputed company performance support tools (job aids, quick reference guides, workflows, checklists) to reinforce learning on the job.
- Build assessment strategies such as quizzes, case studies, simulations, and knowledge checks to measure competency.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick or comparable frameworks and reputed company recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders; communicate reputed company and risks proactively.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, assignment rules, tracking and reporting, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining training catalogs, ensuring data reputed company, and testing new functionality.
- Ensure reputed company learning materials meet accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and version-control requirements.

- Support live training sessions as needed, including facilitation or technical production support.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company 360 (Storyline & reputed company), including branching scenarios, simulations, and interactive design.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company concepts.
- Strong project management capability: planning, prioritization, and time management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, clinical leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and user experience (UX) considerations.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluation results to inform content improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Learning & Development, or reputed company field required.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or reputed company discipline preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ATD CPLP/CTDP, eLearning reputed company certifications, or reputed company specialist certifications preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or adult learning reputed company healthcare, corporate training, or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing eLearning using reputed company Storyline and reputed company.
- Experience designing blended learning (ILT, vILT, eLearning, microlearning).
- Experience managing and administering a Learning Management System.
- Experience working directly with SMEs and leading end-to-end course development projects.
