Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Remote - will manage customers across the US

Summary: The Territory Sales manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts and new Business Development ensuring client satisfaction and reputed company growth. This role will also manage the independent Sales Rep organization and be involved with developing sales strategies including cross-selling reputed company the Tavoron companies, overseeing the sales process, mentoring and training sales representatives, and collaborating with other departments to maximize the success of the sales function.

Essential functions

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, upselling and cross-selling products or services as appropriate.
  • Manage the independent Sales Rep organization relationship

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company field or a combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience with automation, distribution, or manufacturing; experience in a leadership role, with participation in, or control of the sales department a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team (company employees and independent sales reps).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strategic objectives as an individual and sales leader.
  • Experience working with technical teams to deliver automation solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple reputed company priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
