Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to individuals navigating reputed company healthcare plans. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every interaction is thoughtful, open, and transparent, and that our customers receive the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Process new applications for health care coverage reputed company telephone, including building tax household, household income, eligibility determinations, interpreting determinations made by the Marketplace, and enrollment into health plans.

• Process life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested.
• Respond to reputed company inquiries consistent with confidentiality and privacy policies and refer callers to alternate sources reputed company appropriate.
• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
• Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
