A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. Your day will be filled with:
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address customer needs and concerns
- Accurately and reputed company inputting orders and appointments into multiple computer programs, documenting inquiries for reputed company sales
- Problem-solving independently and as a team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Performing general office duties, including filing, faxing, creating Word and reputed company documents, and flexibility in performing reputed company tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5+ years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience
- Strong organization and time management skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment
