Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Tax Preparation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving routine problems and questions reputed company to our products and services. - Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process
- A work computer will be provided after the first day of training is complete
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
- Open Schedule to accept any shift provided
