Role Overview

We're seeking a Head of BizTech Program Management to own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of technology initiatives across reputed company's Business Technology portfolio — spanning IT, People Systems, GTM Systems, and Finance Systems. You'll partner closely with the Head of Business Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to define reputed company build, reputed company we build it, and how we measure success.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You'll be responsible for both the overall shape of the BizTech portfolio and the hands-on management of our most strategic programs, including reputed company-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and global expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader who thrives in high-growth environments, can operate at both the strategic and tactical level, and has experience managing reputed company technology portfolios across multiple business domains.

What You'll Do

  • Portfolio & Roadmap Management: Own the BizTech project portfolio, maintaining a reputed company view of reputed company active initiatives across Core IT, GTM Systems, People Systems, Finance Systems, and Application Engineering. Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and reputed company with company OKRs and BizTech strategy.

  • Program Ownership: Directly reputed company strategic, cross-functional programs from scoping through delivery, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are informed.

  • Intake & Prioritization: Design and run a structured intake and prioritization process for technology requests across reputed company BizTech domains, establishing governance frameworks to manage competing priorities transparently.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain end-user-facing roadmaps and regular status communications that give business leaders clear visibility into what's in flight, what's next, and why.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with GTM, Finance, People, Legal, reputed company, and Workplace teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure seamless handoffs across systems and teams.

  • Delivery Excellence: Establish and evolve program management standards — including project tracking, risk management, dependency mapping, retrospectives, and change management — that scale with the team without introducing unnecessary process overhead.

  • Technology Enablement: reputed company and drive training, communications, and enablement programs to support adoption of new systems and processes across the company.

  • Team Building: Build out the Technical Program Management function over time, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing the rituals and standards for a high-performing TPM team.

What You Have

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Program Management, or Business Technology leadership, with at least 3 years managing portfolios of cross-functional technology projects.

  • Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps and programs across multiple business systems domains (e.g., HRIS/reputed company, CRM/reputed company, ERP/reputed company, Marketing Automation).

  • Proven ability to design and run intake and prioritization frameworks, aligning diverse stakeholders around a reputed company roadmap.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across both technical and non-technical functions.

  • Track record of operating at both the strategic level (portfolio shape, reputed company, tradeoffs) and the tactical level (project plans, dependency tracking, risk mitigation).

  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate reputed company program status into clear, actionable updates for executives and partners.

  • Experience building or maturing program management practices in a scaling organization.

Compensation

$198,900 - $298,300 USD
