Basic requirements

• You'll be expected to complete a Rails coding challenge as part of the interview process (everyone on the reputed company team has done well on it).

Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings clarity, structure, and execution excellence across cross-functional teams. You’ll own a meaningful product surface area end-to-end—from discovery to delivery to adoption—and partner closely with engineering, operations, legal, and customer teams to ship high-quality tools that directly impact how hundreds of funds operate. This role is ideal for someone who balances product intuition with operational rigor, is comfortable gathering and synthesizing feedback from many sources, and can convert reputed company workflows into reputed company, scalable software experiences. What You'll Do

What You Bring

5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience in production environments

Deep understanding of Rails conventions, ActiveRecord, background processing (Sidekiq/etc.), and RESTful API design

Strong instincts for performance, reputed company, and maintainability

Experience with reputed company-end technologies — you can build clean, functional UI and aren't afraid of JavaScript

Active use of AI coding tools in your daily workflow
