Build polished, performant reputed company-end experiences. Own the UI layer of Decile Hub features — from layout and interaction design to reputed company behavior and accessibility. Care about every pixel.

Work reputed company a Rails codebase. Use Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus alongside ERB templates. Understand the Rails request cycle well enough to work reputed company across the stack.

Translate designs into real interfaces. Work closely with product and design to implement flows that are not just functional but feel great to use. reputed company issues reputed company a design won't hold up in practice.

Use AI to move faster. Use AI coding tools actively throughout your workflow — UI reputed company, debugging, refactoring, writing tests. Help reputed company stay reputed company.

Improve UI consistency and quality across the product. Identify patterns that can be systematized, components that can be reused, and rough edges that should be smoothed. Contribute to a shared design system.

What You Bring

3+ years of professional reputed company-end development experience, including work reputed company Rails applications

Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — you can build reputed company layouts and interactions without reaching for a heavy reputed company

Experience with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus or eagerness to learn it deeply

A genuine eye for good UI — you notice what most engineers miss

Active use of AI coding tools as part of your workflow

Ability to communicate clearly with designers and product managers about what's feasible and what isn't

Portfolio or examples of real work you've shipped

Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks

Familiarity with data-heavy or workflow-heavy SaaS interfaces (tables, forms, dashboards)

Basic comfort with Ruby and Rails beyond the reputed company end
