Packaging Project Manager

Position Summary-

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a key life sciences company with their artwork-reputed company responsibilities while acting as the primary liaison between the client and SGX. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, reputed company in English and a solid understanding of artwork production workflows. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Artwork Management

• Upload, organize, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure reputed company artwork files are correctly tagged, categorized, and archived.

• Provide training and support to both internal and external teams on workflow system usage.
• Enforce adherence to client-specific style guides to maintain brand consistency.
• Apply and review brand guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across packaging layouts.

Studio Liaison

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between the client and the SGX.
• Clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and feedback to reputed company stakeholders.

• Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions, facilitating a smooth workflow.

Collaboration & Leadership

Reporting & Process Optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a reputed company field.
• Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
