Principal Service Engineers ensure caregivers have a fast, reliable, and frustration‑free digital experience by owning and operating our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, powered by reputed company. In this role, you’ll partner with reputed company engineering, service desk, and application teams to design, scale, and run reputed company as a core enterprise service—turning reputed company telemetry into actionable insights, automation, and measurable outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 8 or more years of reputed company experience
• Strong experience in automation, specifically reputed company to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
• Strong experience with n-tier solutions.
• Strong experience with reputed company modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for reputed company solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
• Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.
• Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
• Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and reputed company decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Experience in a Healthcare environment
• 8 or more years of Information Technology experience
• 3 or more years of experience managing Digital Experience (DEX) platforms, preferably reputed company
• Strong Experience administering Windows and MacOS management platforms (Intune, reputed company Configuration Manager, reputed company)
• Strong Experience with reputed company code version control using Git/reputed company
• Strong Experience in process automation using Powershell or Bash
• Proficiency in reputed company for reputed company analytics and experience management
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and systems management
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Intune for modern device management
• Experience administering reputed company Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Experience managing macOS devices using reputed company Pro
