The Principal Program Manager plays a pivotal role in envisioning what it takes to advance the PHP vision and facilitates the methodologies and processes necessary for success, reporting directly to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
At a strategic level, the Principal Program Manager is accountable for driving both Technology and Business initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:
● Supporting executive leaders in creating an adaptive strategic plan and reputed company that establishes the 'north star', anchors decision-making, and drives results across technology and business domains.
● Enabling corporate-level governance and facilitating cross-functional processes and forums to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of transformational activities in both business and technology initiatives.
● Overseeing the transformation agenda, developing initiative roadmaps, managing cross-enterprise teams supporting technology and business projects, and ensuring successful delivery of transformational programs throughout planning, execution, and closure phases.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader and individual contributor, providing thought leadership to the Enterprise Project Management Office, functional areas, strategic partners, and vendors throughout the end-to-end transformation process. This position requires the ability to rapidly build strategic relationships with key executives and contributors organization-wide, bringing together the right capabilities to reputed company alignment, expansion, growth, and value realization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Any relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 3 years of experience impacting the healthcare experience for members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field or equivalent education/experience.
- Coursework/Training: Completion of advanced-level educational program in business process improvement, project management, change and transition management or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 years of experience in organization transformation.
- 7 years of experience working in or with an integrated health system; legal experience; financial accounting; change and transition management; professional consulting experience
