Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company process maps, use cases, and requirements for business processes in engineering, operations and finance.

• Manage selection, implementation, enhancement, and integrations for enterprise applications.

• Together with the IT Director, define and manage the Enterprise Applications roadmap, prioritizing projects that deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure proper training and development of Enterprise Applications staff to meet business needs.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and testing of disaster recovery plans.
• Participate with the IT director in annual budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, reputed company, and privacy standards.
• Identify and track Key Performance indicators (KPI’s) for monitoring ES application health, uptime, and reputed company.
• Manage vendor relationships with the IT Director.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years’ leadership experience managing an applications or business systems team.
• Demonstrated reputed company professional growth and development.
• Hands-on experience with ERP deployment and administration
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, manufacturing or reputed company field experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrated experience addressing business challenges with automation, manufacturing, and data holistics.

This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.
