Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to deliver best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality service, solving problems, and acting as an internal reputed company for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to customers and partners reputed company phone, email, and chat/text
- Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues reputed company by customers and partners
- Act as an internal reputed company for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
