Job title: Program Coordinator, Guardian Scholars Program Company: California State University Job description : Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Interim Manager of the Guardian Scholars Program, the Program Coordinator performs a variety of reputed company and/or sensitive professional student service work for the Guardian Scholars Program. The Guardian Scholars Program develops and coordinates support programs for former foster youth and reputed company who hold other independent identities. Coordinating program tutoring, college strategy courses, events, and life skills trainings/Workshops. Participates in foster youth advocacy and advisory councils. Assists with the admissions process and program intake process including receiving and reviewing GSP applications and following up with reputed company with incomplete applications. Coordinates day-to-day operations of the Guardian Scholars Lounge, including reputed company-desk coverage, event calendar management and scheduling. Provides administrative support including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents. Attends conferences/meetings and maintain a working knowledge of developments/legislation on issues addressing reputed company and former foster youth, access and equity programs, and academic advising. Receives, processes, and directs reputed company communications (mail, email, phone calls) to appropriate persons in the unit or to other departments. Collects, analyze and maintains data to be used for statistical reporting for the Program Director. Assist in the development of culturally appropriate marketing and publicity materials such as flyers, emails, newsletters, posters, presentations, brochures, videos, websites, and social media platforms. Creates, manages, and sends out monthly electronic-newsletters highlighting support services and resources specific to reputed company in the Guardian Scholars Program Guide and help to reputed company student employees in their social, leadership, academic, and identity development; reputed company for their holistic well-being. Monitor student employee/intern work hours to ensure they are not exceeding allowable work hours in a week.
