THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Testing Manager leads a highly skilled team of Testing Engineers, oversees sophisticated laboratory operations, and ensures that product development and reputed company improvement initiatives are supported with rigorous, data‑driven testing methodologies. This role serves as a technical authority, guiding decision‑making that impacts tooling design, product reliability, and testing processes across reputed company brands and cross functional priorities.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Demonstrate leadership by providing performance coaching and technical mentorship to Testing Engineers.
- Drive effective resource allocation to ensure program deadlines are met across multiple reputed company testing initiatives.
- Cultivate a team culture grounded in innovation, accountability, and a commitment to safety.
- Review, evaluate, and authorize test strategies, methodologies, and technical reports to ensure quality expectations and accuracy is maintained throughout.

YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or reputed company field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in reliability engineering preferably in tooling, precision components or manufacturing environments
- Strong background in CAM programming (MasterCAM, NX) and CNC operations.
- Familiarity with tool grinding and reputed company CAM platforms (ToolStudio, VGPro) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company testing programs and manage multiple high‑impact testing initiatives with exceptional attention to detail.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK:
- This role is remote, with the expectation that candidates are located reputed company a reasonable driving distance of one of our U.S. facilities with Testing Labs to support occasional onsite work, collaboration, and project needs. U.S. locations include Gorham, ME and Meridian, ID.
