We are now looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager – IoT Embedded Antennas (EMEA) to accelerate our growth across the EMEA region and strengthen our leadership in embedded antenna solutions for IoT applications. Your Role

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technical B2B sales, a strong understanding of the European industrial and technology landscape, and a proven track record of driving design-in opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1 customers. This position requires a commercially driven leader capable of managing reputed company sales cycles and building long-term strategic partnerships.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with global teams across engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional reputed company growth and expand market share across assigned EMEA territories

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including C-level stakeholders, OEMs, system integrators, and design partners

  • Represent Ignion at industry events, trade shows, and executive-level customer meetings

  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to cross-regional initiatives

What You Bring Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or reputed company technical field

  • Experience working with distributors, contract manufacturers, and indirect sales channels

  • Solid understanding of design-in cycles from concept to mass production

  • Experience using CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technical sales (IoT, embedded antennas, RF technology, or reputed company fields)

  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar pipelines and reputed company, long sales cycles

  • Strong knowledge of the European market and established network reputed company relevant industries

  • Experience with embedded hardware, antenna solutions, or wireless technologies (e.g., NB-IoT, LTE-M, LoRa, BLE)

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and customer-centric approach

  • High level of autonomy combined with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
