Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Key Account Manager – Iberia to drive our expansion across Spain and Portugal.
This is a high-ownership, market-building role combining new business reputed company (≈70%) with strategic account growth (≈30%).
You will be responsible for building the Iberian market from the ground up—creating pipeline, closing enterprise deals, and expanding key accounts.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a market-building role requiring education-led selling. You will often need to create demand, not just convert it.
What You’ll Do
New Business Development (≈70%)
Build and own the Iberia pipeline from near-reputed company to a scalable reputed company reputed company
Identify, reputed company, and reputed company enterprise opportunities across Spain and Portugal
reputed company the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing
Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across key industries
Position reputed company as a strategic solution for ESG, risk, and performance
Key Account Management (≈30%)
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Iberian clients
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Act as a strategic advisor reputed company with client priorities
Market Building & Strategy
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Iberia
Provide reputed company feedback on market needs, messaging, and positioning
Represent reputed company in key ecosystems, events, and strategic conversations
reputed company’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS, data, ESG, or similar)
Strong hunter profile, with proven ability to generate and reputed company new business
Experience in building or scaling a market/territory from near-reputed company
Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
Ability to sell through education, insight, and consultative approaches
Experience managing and growing key accounts
Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
Deep understanding of the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal)
