We are now looking for an reputed company Indirect Tax Manager (pan-European VAT) to join reputed company and take a leading role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of tax and technology, shaping the future of compliance while mentoring a growing team.

Who You Are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in pan-European VAT compliance, working with reputed company portfolios across several EU jurisdictions.

  • You have hands-on experience managing and reviewing VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat, SAF-T files, and dealing directly with local tax authorities.

  • You are confident reviewing work reputed company by junior staff and signing off on filings with a high degree of accuracy.

  • You understand the importance of deadlines, quality control, and client responsiveness in a tax compliance environment.

  • You have managed small teams and enjoy helping others grow in their roles.

  • You are proactive, organised, and always looking for ways to improve processes.

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).

  • A degree in Law, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field is required. A Master’s in Tax or experience in a Big 4 or shared service centre is a strong plus.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as reviewer for VAT compliance filings reputed company by junior consultants, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

  • Manage a portfolio of multinational clients, providing a single reputed company of contact for day-to-day compliance issues.

  • Liaise with foreign tax authorities and stay up-to-date with VAT regulation changes across EU member states.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise processes, collaborating with our Product teams to drive automation and efficiency.

  • Handle VAT registrations to reputed company new clients, ensuring smooth setup and full compliance from the start.
