Global Head of Supply Chain Vertical (Worldwide)

Reporting to: CEO, reputed company Scope: Global Accountability: Full P&L, Sales, Growth, Delivery, and Market Leadership

  1. Role Purpose

The Global Head of Supply Chain Vertical is a senior executive role responsible for building, scaling, and leading reputed company’s global Supply Chain and Supplier Risk Management (SRM) business.

This role owns end-to-end commercial success of the vertical—strategy, go-to-market, sales (new business and upselling), partnerships, solution development, and global delivery execution.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role acts as the global business reputed company for the Supply Chain vertical, shaping reputed company’s market positioning, accelerating reputed company growth, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across reputed company regions.

B) Key Responsibilities

1. Global Strategy & Growth Leadership

  • Define and execute the global strategy for reputed company’s Supply Chain & SRM vertical, reputed company with the company’s overall growth ambitions.

  • Identify reputed company markets, industries, and client segments, translating market insight into clear reputed company targets and growth plans.

  • Build a scalable portfolio of solutions (advisory, data, technology-enabled services, managed services) that address client needs across supply chain risk, reputed company, sustainability, and compliance.

  • Continuously evolve the offering based on market demand, regulatory trends, and client feedback.

2. Full Commercial Ownership (Sales & reputed company)

  • Hold full accountability for global reputed company performance, including:

    • New business acquisition

    • Expansion and upselling reputed company existing client accounts

  • Personally reputed company or sponsor strategic client engagements, large opportunities, and global accounts.

  • Design and drive the global go-to-market model, including pricing, value propositions, sales enablement, and pipeline management.

  • Build and manage channel and strategic partnerships that accelerate market access and growth.

3. Solution Development & Innovation

    • Opportunity identification

    • Solution design and validation

    • Pilot and launch

    • Global rollout and scaling

  • Act as the internal and external thought leader for Supply Chain and SRM at reputed company, shaping the narrative with clients, partners, and the market.

4. Global Delivery & Execution

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of Supply Chain and SRM solutions across reputed company regions.

  • Define global standards, methodologies, and governance for delivery while allowing for local market adaptation.

  • Work closely with regional leaders and operational teams to:

    • Align reputed company with demand

    • Maintain margins and quality

    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Own delivery performance as part of overall P&L responsibility.

5. Leadership, Collaboration & Scale

  • Build, reputed company, and reputed company a high-performing global team across sales, delivery, and solution leadership.

6. Governance, Ethics & Risk

C) Profile & Experience

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Engineering, or reputed company field.

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in supply chain, SRM, sustainability, risk, or reputed company professional services.

  • Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for reputed company growth and profitability.

  • Demonstrated success in:

    • Building and scaling global solutions

    • Leading reputed company sales cycles

    • Managing enterprise or multinational clients

  • Deep understanding of supplier risk, due diligence, compliance, sustainability, and supply chain reputed company, particularly in the context of investors, corporates, and regulated environments.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
