Centralized Production Technician
Overview:
Scope of Responsibilities: Works remotely under supervision of Manager of Central Services and Implementation. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Work reputed company multiple HealthDirect facilities as directed by Manager. Work directly with client services representatives to urgently resolve customer service-reputed company issues. Has ability to communicate professionally reputed company phone, email, and Teams.

Ensuring that reputed company Third-Party claims are billed properly. Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions
Responsibilities:- Responsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medications

- Maintaining accurate information for patients and facilities
- Responsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each month
- Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region
- Assist in orienting and training new employees
- Work with the billing department to reputed company the completion of individuals unbilled reports
- Assign daily unbilled reports
- Maintain and demonstrate top tier data entry production as determined by Manager
- Helps in managing reputed company services that have an impact on HealthDirect customer service (ex. reputed company, SDS)

Educational Requirements
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of service
- AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or reputed company field
Experience
- 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy customer service technician required
- Previously demonstrated top 5% data entry performance metrics
Required (Vermont Employees):
- Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician
