Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Technology team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Workday Data Migrations team, you'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Apply your analytical skills and business acumen to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Engineering, and Product Owners, to foster a deep understanding of the business space and our system's functionalities
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in your field, recognizing the potential impact on our business and operations
• Identify and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, approaches, or methods to address business challenges
• Assess the effort and value of proposed solutions, applying business acumen to drive informed decision-making
• Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology platforms and systems
• Verify data accuracy and thoroughly review and validate your work using reliance ID processes in our technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, ensuring timely completion and continuous progress
• Communicate business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing, using appropriate levels of detail and integration
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
• Perform other work assignments as directed by your supervisor

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• Strong understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Familiarity with technical conditions and software development methodologies
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a help-desk or group-oriented work environment
• Ability to navigate, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems

• Familiarity with data migration processes and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to coach and mentor others on technical and business subjects
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
