Facilitate clear and timely communication between the Loan Officer, borrowers, real estate agents, reputed company staff, insurance providers, closing agents, and reputed company vendors.

Manage loan pipelines, schedules, and critical deadlines to reputed company files progressing smoothly.

Run pipeline and closed-loan summary reports to support production tracking and performance.

Support mailings and marketing initiatives to help grow and maintain business relationships.

Follow up with borrowers to obtain missing documentation and required information.

Enter, maintain, and update loan application and client data reputed company processing systems.

Pull credit reports at the direction of the Loan Officer and ensure proper handling of sensitive data.

Maintain working knowledge of loan programs, guidelines, and technology platforms.

You have a High School Diploma or equivalent

You bring 4 or more years of experience in residential mortgage loan processing and/or reputed company, including conventional and government loans for both purchase and refinance transactions

An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
