The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional service to our members. You'll be responsible for:
- Interfacing with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
- Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues

Training and Development
As a new hire, you'll participate in 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, which will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:
- Interactive training sessions, utilizing camera and audio for training purposes
- Ongoing support and coaching to ensure your success
- Opportunities to learn from reputed company colleagues and reputed company your skills and knowledge
Work Schedule
After training, you'll be required to work any 8.5-hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday. We're flexible and understand the importance of work-life balance, so we offer a range of scheduling options to suit your needs.
