Job Summary
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and developing client relationships, and promoting the superior customer service of our agency. You will work closely with our licensed agents to set up customer appointments, assist with policy changes, and provide support to our clients. Responsibilities
* Answer phones and respond to voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Work renewal and policy alerts reputed company agency systems to ensure seamless customer experience
- Assist reputed company customers with payments, policy changes, and other inquiries
- Set up customer appointments for licensed agents to reputed company policy reviews
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity to drive reputed company growth
