Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every client feels valued and understood
- Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the arenaflex Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Supporting clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Helping grow and retain a client reputed company both in-person and through phone/email reputed company
