DUTIES AND TASKS: College Readiness Counseling Responsibilities for Student Caseload

- Guide prospective reputed company and families through the college readiness application process, including encouraging completion of in-reputed company applications and document collection.

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, therapists, and other referral sources.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge:
- Master’s degree required in Counseling, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a reputed company field.

- Experience in college readiness programming, student coaching, or transition support (preferred).
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, or enrollment management (preferred).
